Site-specific emergency response plans are documented on the hazard assessment form accordingly to the location of the worksite. The first aiders, closest hospital, muster area and emergency number is documented as it changes. The supervisor will advise all personnel of the emergency response information at the beginning of a job and/or as it changes.
All prime contract sites will have a specific Site Emergency Response Plan with the Foreman or posted in a designated area.
