Formal Toolbox Talks shall be held weekly by the foremen during the busy season (May through October) and on an as needed basis during the off season.
Informal Toolbox meetings should be held each morning prior to the work starting. Names of attendees along with initials will be documented on the daily hazard assessment as proof of attendance.
It is mandatory for all foreman to review safe work practices and procedures once a month and document the information formally on the toolbox form. Documentation will be submitted to the safety department for retention. Any safety bulletin sent out by safety department must be reviewed by all team members with signatures on the document or electronic acknowledgement for proof of review.
